This is a question I get asked quite often and it really depends upon what you call mind control. If you think of mind control as brainwashing like the government MK Ultra program then while yes these techniques work they are not what YOU would use to get control of someone.
I mean can you imagine wanting to get a date with a man or woman and locking them in your basement, torturing them until they break and then reprogramming them to do what you want. While there have been stories about this type of thing you usually go to jail for that type of behavior.
If you want to simply get people to do the things you want then yes this works and you can use many different mind control techniques to accomplish this. To name just a few there’s covert hypnosis, NLP, Persuasion and any multiple combination of these techniques.
In fact many cult leaders will use a combination of these mind control techniques to get their cult to follow them. In almost every case when a cult is formed they DO NOT use torture to break a person down. They use very covert and very powerful mind control techniques to accomplish their control.

i believe about mind control. Let say for example you have to do something its discuss in your mind what to do or is it worth it to do this thing, by this i guess you are using your mind control.
