There are different techniques for influencing the subconscious mind. You can use covert hypnosis or neuro-linguistic programming. Both of them work exceptionally well. However, it is worth asking whether the subconscious mind can actually resist your influence.

When you learn different mind control techniques, you think you just need to apply them in order to get the results. However, the reality is that their effectiveness depends on the skills of the practitioner.

Let’s say that you have decided to use the person’s imagination to make him see the benefits he will get from doing what you want. You can come up with very influential description, but it will not work to influence the subconscious mind, if it does not correspond to the person’s values, beliefs, emotions and desires.

In this case, the subconscious mind will actually resist the influence simply because it cannot recognize the benefits comparing them to present emotions, desires, values and beliefs.

This comes to suggest that you need to know the person well, before you get to influence him. In this way, you will be able to appeal to all four factors that belong to the subconscious mind.

Many people think that there is some secret way in which mind control practitioners actually read people’s minds. This is not the case.

What you have to do is just ask the person questions to get the information you need. The reality is that most people love to talk about themselves, especially when they are asked the right questions.

You can also use your hunch to figure out the desires, emotions, beliefs and values of a person. You can ready his body language too. Paying attention to the meta communication is important for all practitioners.
