You know that in order to influence a person to do something, you need to influence his subconscious mind. In general, this part of the mind is particularly powerful and actually influences us, since we do not have the power to control it.

Have you ever said something out of place, driven by anger, fear or even by happiness? The answer to this question is definitely “yes”.

It is perfectly fine to be emotional at times, but as a mind control practitioner, you have to have a full control over your subconscious mind. In this way, you will be able to influence others effectively.

The next thing to really ask yourself is what you do to take control over your emotions and beliefs. The reality is that most people and many practitioners do not do anything about this. Even if this is not the case with you, you need to make sure that you are taking the right measures.

The most important thing to do is not to let emotions influence your actions. An effective technique is to bundle your emotions and put them away in a box. This technique may seem a bit simple as it uses only visualization, but it really works, especially when you are in the middle of an intense situation.

The next level of controlling your subconscious mind is to actually protect yourself from any negative influences and emotions whatsoever. What you have to do is to focus on your own plans and goals and to visualize your actions making a mind map.

If you manage to stay focused, you will not get affected by influences coming from other people. In case you feel these influences are strong, just remember that you are a mind control practitioner and you can actually exercise mind control over the people who try to influence you.

Now you know how to control your subconscious mind more effectively. Keep learning more with my article Subconscious Mind – How to Influence It.
