You have to assume that it is the best thing for the person to do. You have to assume that it will bring him the greatest possible number of benefits. You have to assume that the only reason for which the person will refuse to do what you want will be your failure to explain the benefits to him.
This is the perfect mindset that will allow you to be as persistent as necessary and as convinced in your ethical motives as you have to be.
This one of the mind control techniques is really simple as well, but it works like magic. You do not have to give the person a choice between two things to do, but about different ways, times or places for doing it. In this way, you are automatically making an assumption that the person has agreed to do what you want.
For instance, when you are asking a girl out you can say, “Shall we go to dinner before or after we watch a movie?”
